Room reservations are guaranteed in the order in which the booking deposit is received.
The booking deposit is 50% of the total amount, which must be paid by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
The remaining amount of the accommodation/package price is to be paid at the reception upon arrival. Please include the date of your reservation and your address for invoicing in the transfer note.
Once the transfer/payment has been made, please notify us via one of our contact details.
Your room reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of the reservation deposit. Reservations for which the deposit has not been received by the deadline will be canceled without prior notice.
The amounts indicated are gross prices and do NOT include tourist tax and travel costs!
In accordance with Government Decree CLVI of 2016, from September 1, we are required to ask all our guests for photo ID upon arrival, which the hotel is obliged to record in the VIZA database.
This means that even newborns will need an ID card or passport to check in.
We can accept and confirm our guests' reservations based on the provisions of the regulations in force.
Condition of booking:
- Reservations are guaranteed in the order in which the deposit is received.
- The booking deposit is 50% of the total amount, payable by bank transfer/debit card within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.
- The remaining balance of the accommodation/package price is to be paid upon arrival at our reception. Please include the booked date and your address for invoicing purposes in the transfer notice.
- If the payment has been made, please indicate this on one of our contact details.
- Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations not received by the deadline will be cancelled without prior notice.
- In the event of late payment exceeding thirty days, the central bank base rate plus 16 percent shall apply.
In the event of payment exceeding one year, the central bank base rate plus 25 percent shall apply.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation, shortening of the stay or no-show, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to the amount of the deposit.
- In case of cancellation, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid, which can be used within 1 year. The voucher is transferable.
- Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
- In the event of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation will be payable.
- Local tax in year 2026: 800 HUF / person / night (from 18 years old)
