Easter and Spring Break

Condition of booking:

• Reservations are guaranteed in the order in which the deposit is received.
• The booking deposit is 30% of the total amount, payable by bank transfer/debit card within 14 days of receipt of confirmation.
• The remaining balance of the accommodation/package price is to be paid upon arrival at our reception. Please include the booked date and your address for invoicing purposes in the transfer notice.
• If the payment has been made, please indicate this on one of our contact details.
• Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations not received by the deadline will be cancelled without prior notice.
• In the event of late payment exceeding thirty days, the central bank base rate plus 16 percent shall apply.
  In the event of payment exceeding one year, the central bank base rate plus 25 percent shall apply.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation, shortening of the stay or no-show, the hotel will charge a penalty equal to the amount of the deposit.

• In case of cancellation, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid, which can be used within 1 year. The voucher is transferable.
• Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
• In the event of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation will be payable.
